What to do?
STEP 1: Lodge your concern

STEP 2: Evaluate and Investigate
Your concern shall be evaluated and an impartial investigation shall be conducted to determine the best possible resolution of the issue. Additional information and other supporting documents shall be requested from you during this process.
STEP 3: Resolution
The resolution is communicated to you and your feedback shall be requested.
