What to do?

STEP 1: Lodge your concern

Talk to our customer service representative through any of our customer assistance channels, or fill-out a Complaint Form available at this link .

STEP 2: Evaluate and Investigate

Your concern shall be evaluated and an impartial investigation shall be conducted to determine the best possible resolution of the issue. Additional information and other supporting documents shall be requested from you during this process.

STEP 3: Resolution

The resolution is communicated to you and your feedback shall be requested.

Our Consumer Assistance Team would be more than willing to assist and guide you through the entire CAMS procedure.
