In light of the recent flooding caused by Typhoon Tino and Super Typhoon Uwan, which severely affected several areas and many families, we understand how difficult it can be to deal with vehicle damage and we are here to assist you through claims process and help you get back on the road as soon as possible.
All affected policyholders should immediately report any vehicle damage for proper claims processing.
Step 1: Notify Preferred Channel
Contact and inform MAAGAP or your car dealer or your agent or broker as soon as possible and provide a brief incident report describing what happened. Your prompt notification ensures that your claim will be processed early.
Step 2: Vehicle Safety Reminder
If your vehicle has been flooded, safely disconnect the battery terminals to avoid further damage while waiting for assistance.
Step 3: Submit Claim Documents
Prepare and submit the following documents to MAAGAP or your car dealer or agent or broker:
- OR/CR
- Driver’s License
- Repair Estimate, if available
- Brgy. Certificate or Police Report or Notarized Affidavit of Loss
- Pictures of the Submerged Vehicle
- Policy Number or Copy of the Policy
Step 4: MAAGAP will contact you

The workshop series brought together DepEd dance learners from dance guilds and selected NCR Palarong Pambansa and Batang Pinoy Latin dance competitors for training in ballet, jazz, modern dance, and Latin dancesport.
